Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We ask that you send a photo of the damaged or defective product so that we can assess the situation and offer a solution.

Please ensure to check the ordered product correctly and avoid inconvenience!

We do not refund personalized products.

Personalized products are produced according to customer specifications and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

Items on promotion are not eligible for return or refund.
